“Even though my hopes for his physical existence, intellect, and potential faded out, I am holding on to the hope he gave me at the age of 7.
I am still inspired by him, through his words, both written in paper and in my mind, that from this point on, I will NOT only focus on him, and/or on keeping my hope and love alive for my older son and grand-children, but also on expanding that hope and love from the borders of my immediate family to underprivileged children, kids and youth, to a global family.

SANATIN LABİRENTLERİNDEN ~ IŞIK YOLLARINA… kitaplarının New York’taki ilk Tanıtım, Söyleşi ve İmza Gününe katılanlar, bu içerikte programların bir kereye mahsus değil bir çok yerde ve çok daha sık yapılması teklifinde bulundular…
Benzer talepler katılımcılardan bir kaç kişi tarafından yinelendi. Bu içerikteki taleplere, Ünver, özellikle 2009 yılından itibaren ve Türk Evi’nin de kapatılmasını takiben, Manhattan’da Türk-Amerikan toplumunun bir araya gelebileceği benzer etkinlikler için mekan temini konusunda ki devam etmekte olan güçlüklere değindi. Bu konuda gönüllü bir STK/NGO olarak, The Light Millennium”a ilişkin girişim ve tecrübeleri çerçevesinde mekan tahsis ve temini konusu biraz sancılı olmakla birlikte, bu mekanın tahsisi çerçevesinde, bir projenin, bir fikrin uygulanmasının %50 sinin güvenceye alınmış olacağını vurguladı.

This photo album presents the set photos of The Light Millennium Television | LMTV’s three studio shootings at Queens Public Television (QPTV.Org) in Flushing in New York on October 2, 2018, which coincides with Mahatma Gandhi’s 149th Birthday and the United Nations’ International Day of Non-Violence (October 2).
Specifically, LMTV shot back-to-back two programs in connection to the 149th Birthday of Gandhi.
